"On January 20th, 1999, local law enforcement agents in Valentine, Thatcher, and Arabia, Nebraska received numerous reports of unidentified flying objects. Eyewitnesses described the objects as balloon-like, hovering slowly and moving south. The objects were described as fleshy and organic in appearance. Upon receiving this information, HOME operatives arrived on the scene to search for these anomalous objects. However, they were not immediately found. Further analysis of Valentine uncovered previously hidden STARKILL instance hubs located within remote households in the area. One particular household had its physical structure completely removed, with only traces of STARKILL cells remaining around the perimeter of where the house once stood..."-HOME Field Manual
