"HOME (The Division of Heavenly Operation and Material Examination) was formally designated by NASA Administrator Dr. James C. Fletcher on March 18th, 1987. Formally appointed administrator Dr. Lucas Michaels began initial operations at HOME before his departure in June of 1989. HOME's stated goal is to research the celestial biological entity (CBE) designated as AZ-001 as well as to hide the existence of AZ-001 and CBEs like it from the general public. This mission is designated as (TOP SECRET) due to interest of national security. All contents of [HOME Field Manual] are therefore designated as (TOP SECRET) in adherence with NASA's compliance with national security orders."
