"It is with great honor to mark the beginning of our journey to the stars here at the Division of Heavenly Operations and Material Examination. The road ahead of us may be daunting, it may be uncertain, as what we're dealing with has yet to be witnessed by the youthful eyes of humankind. But do not fear, for we have the tools, the knowledge, and the faith to walk through the valleys of shadow, into the maw of the beast, to study it directly from its belly. That nebulous form which travels faster than any life we know to exist, must be dissected and understood should man remain in control of his own fate. We shall catch it as it falls from heaven, with our own hands, and with great dignity we shall gaze upon it with dominance. For nought has stood above us since our genesis, and nought shall stand above us ever more."
