Description:

Darnay had come over for dinner and he told a story of an old prisoner. He said how there was this guy who was in jail, he had wrote on the wall DIG. Investigators looked at this and under the floor of his cell they found an old letter and a leather case. Due to its poor condition it will never be know what it said. Immediately after this story Dr.Manette became very ill and was terrified.
