Description:
While visiting family in Mississippi, 14 year old Emmett Till was brutally murdered for flirting with a white woman four days before. The white woman's brother and husband, ordered him to carry a bag of cotton gin to the bank of a river, where they nearly beat him to death, gouged out his eye, shot him in the head, then threw his body, tied to the bag with barbed wire, into the river.
