EternalAbyss169 and InfinityZoom187 were together at a large castle in Stormhaven, where Eternal intended to show Infinity the progress he had recently made and planned to continue. Suddenly, however, Inopense forces appeared directly behind them.

At first, the situation was surprising but manageable, and the initial skirmish was relatively easy to handle. However, the fact that the attackers had reached a location approximately 750 blocks from the northern border raised a far more alarming possibility.

Infinity and Eternal quickly moved to the center of Stormhaven, only to find that the situation had escalated drastically: a massive horde of Inopenses had invaded the city. Immediately, the inhabitants mobilized to defend it. Eternal, Infinity, SIIAZE, Heart9147, Theoneneliked, Ascia di Ferro, and Vorhees3709 all joined the defense.

Unlike the previous border conflicts, where the Inopenses could eventually be pushed back, this invasion was overwhelming due to their sheer numbers. Stormhaven was ultimately overrun and captured.

Following its fall, the Inopense forces advanced further inland while the Inostropian defenders retreated. It quickly became clear that their next target would be the Forum Inostropicum. InfinityZoom187 ordered all available forces to defend it, and although they managed to hold the structure for some time, it too was eventually captured.

With the fall of the Forum, the symbolic center of the 5th Inostropian Republic was lost. Shortly after, Inostropia City itself also fell to the invaders. The castle of Vorhees3709, intended as a defensive stronghold, was likewise quickly besieged and captured.

In response, Infinity proposed a full retreat to Dorossia, owned by Daewe. The city’s massive obsidian walls and fully obsidian structure made it the only viable defensive position. The plan was carried out.

Despite continued resistance, the Inopenses succeeded in capturing nearly all of Inostropia, leaving Dorossia as the only remaining stronghold. Ambiorigius then proclaimed the Duchy of the Inopenses, claiming all former Inostropian territories except Dorossia. Inostropia was left in a severely weakened state, reduced to a single surviving territory.
