Description:

A book was found in the City of Stormhaven by SIIAZE and InfinityZoom187. It was written by a person who called himself "Ambiorigius" (a gallic name which can be translated to "king of the surroundings" or "ruler of both sides) and claimed to be the duke of the "Inopenses" (which is latin and can be translated to "the dispossessed"). What he wrote was a request to the Inostropians if his tribe could get some land in the northern territories of Inostropia in order to live and to have a perspective in life again. An image of the letter was sent to the Senate. Vorhees3709 said that they are barbarians and they should get killed. Barbarians because Inostropia once had problems and wars with barbarians in the winter of 2024/25 and also the spring of 2025. De Kokkies simply said that Inostropia should refuse. De Kokkies suggestion was more preferred, simply because to avoid unnecessary conflicts and also because there was no further information about who the Inopenses were, where they were and where they came from. SIIAZE then decided to send them a reply (by putting the letter in the same chest where the letter of Ambiorigius was found) where Inostropia refused the giveaway of the northern territories but also asked if there might be other ways to help them.
