5h 27min, dec 26, 2025 y - SOURCE OF INFECTION MICU physician H&P documentation: "Afib with RVR/Hypotension/Shock-Triggered on floor 12/16 AM for hypotension (70s/40s). Found to be in Afib with RVR. Started on neo on the floor and transferred to MICU. Patient was not on tele monitoring so unsure of patient was hypotensive or in Afib first... Suspect that patient was hypotensive 2/2 sepsis which led to Afib, as opposed to Afib with RVR causing hypotension."
