A first Senate election regarding Pine Hills’ potential city status was already held on February 19th, but it was rejected with a 57% majority, as the settlement was considered not developed enough at the time. After continued growth and development, a second vote took place on March 15th. This time, support had significantly increased, and 71% of the senators voted in favor of granting Pine Hills city status. As a result, on March 16th, Pine Hills was officially recognized as a city within the Inostropian Republic.
