(The Pied Piper is commonly used as an iconography for Matthaus Ludolf, the drowned musician who led his folk to Oakburn before the Times of Wraith)

(The Pied Piper of Hamelin himself in John Browning's story also seems to be based on real events, too. As there are accounts from Hamelin's archive of children being led by a Pied Piper on June 26th of 1284)
