(Stuart is a village in Holt County, Nebraska that is relatively close to Long Pine. It had existed since February 15th of 1879, but had been incorporated as an official settlement on January 12th of 1884)(A resident there recorded the January 25, 1999 Public Access Cable 17 broadcast and had obtained a Long Pine Police Department investigation assessment tape, to which both recordings were retrieved by investigators)
