Description:

Dorossia, under the ownership of xdDaewe, had developed a considerable number of houses, and the exterior of a new church called “Church St. Hulger” had just been completed. At this stage, Daewe formally requested that Dorossia be elevated from village to city status. The proposal was brought before the Senate, and voting began on February 5th. The decision was initially very close, and at first it appeared that the Senate would reject the request. However, over time, support gradually increased, and with the vote of Matthewplays318, the majority shifted in favor. This majority held until the vote concluded the following day. In the end, Dorossia was officially recognized as a city with 60% approval.
