Dorossia (with Daewe as its owner) had a decent amount of houses and the outside of a new church called "Church St.Hulger" was just finished. This is when Daewe requested that the village of Dorossia becomes a city. The request was brang to the senate and the vote about it started at 5th February. It was a close thing. At first, it seemed like that the Senate will disagree with it. But slowly the amount of people who agreed to this became higher and with the vote of Matthewplays318, they became the majority. And this stayed like this until the election was over at the next day. With a majority of 60%, Dorossia got recognized as a city
