Description:

It all began when a duo consisting of Tailwontfail and Oldsixdinner was invited to Stormhaven a few days earlier, due to rising tensions between Tientia and Stormhaven. Tailwontfail, in particular, had previously been one of several players frequently harassed by Ascia di Ferro.

However, on January 13th, both players betrayed Stormhaven. They killed Ajax and later SIIAZE, both members of Stormhaven. These actions violated server rules, as killing was not permitted unless a city was officially at war, and neither of the attackers were even members of any city.

In addition, they invited two players suspected of hacking, KindaMoon and Liam. Since no admins were online at the time, the hackers were contained using obsidian spawn traps by multiple players. Both were eventually banned by EternalAbyss169.

Tailwontfail and Oldsixdinner, however, had already left the server. Daewe considered the killings unjustified and sought revenge. After waiting at Tailwontfail’s logout location for two hours, both players logged back in, and Daewe successfully eliminated them, recovering SIIAZE’s armor in the process.

Despite this, the situation escalated further. In the early morning of January 14th at around 5:00 AM, Stormhaven was completely griefed by an unknown player. InfinityZoom187 restored the server using a backup, reverting all changes made after January 13th at 8:00 PM, as the griefing violated server rules.

All four rulebreakers, Tailwontfail, Oldsixdinner, KindaMoon, and Liam, were banned. At first, the situation seemed resolved.

However, shortly afterward, a new player named Sharknado joined the server. The issue was that Sharknado’s Discord account matched the one previously used by KindaMoon.

When questioned, Sharknado claimed that his Discord account was shared with his older brother. This explanation was not fully convincing, and a trial was scheduled later that day. During the trial, Sharknado stated that his brother had used his computer to play and promised to prevent further access.

The trial concluded with Sharknado being found not guilty, but receiving a minor punishment: he was required to complete the construction of Stormhaven’s main walls.
