At the request of De Kokkies, a Supreme Judge was reintroduced into the Inostropian state structure. At the same time, Prime Minister InfinityZoom187 was already in the process of completing the Supreme Court, so the timing aligned well with the ongoing reforms. The Prime Minister and the Consuls reached an agreement that the Supreme Judge would now be elected every month by the population, and that any citizen would be allowed to run for the position. The Senate would act as an oversight body, monitoring the Supreme Court’s actions. In cases of corruption or unfair conduct, the Senate would have the authority to depose the Supreme Judge, requiring a 50% majority vote to do so.
