A player named De Kokkies 14 recognized the need for a dedicated building for the Senate of the Inostropian Republic, similar to the one that had existed previously. Even though prestige and size were not priorities at this stage, a functional meeting place was still required. In response, he quickly constructed a small but decent-looking building using simple materials, located in the center of Inostropia City. Since then, it has served as a temporary parliament building, intended to remain in use until a larger and more prestigious structure could be built.
