Description:

The Templum Belli (Temple of War) was a small structure completed as part of the Forum. Its purpose was symbolic: to serve as a place where players could “pray” for victory in the event of a war. The design was inspired by the Roman Temple of Janus. In the same way, the doors of the Templum Belli would remain closed during times of peace and only be opened when war had begun.
