Description:

"I worked at Old Gothsford Construction Company from August 1979 to November 1987. In 1984, we were asked to sign an NDA regarding an excavation project. It soon became obvious that what we were excavating was somehow a massive living creature. Apparently, the Church of Gothsford had known about this entity since 1933, and the priest, Priest Osborn, continually warned the construction company that what we were doing was harming this being. The church worshipped it like a god and claimed that they were in communication with it. On October 5th of 1987, the creature awoke and shook the foundation of the entire town, killing many. But the entity had sustained too much damage from our excavation efforts, and it died shortly after. The body was found in the hills north of town, but it had quickly decayed into mere bones. Some other group had come to investigate the bones, and they cleared the remains out shortly after that. Apparently, footage of the incident was captured by the WGFN television station, though I don't know if that footage will ever see the light of day."
