mar 5, 1233 - Murveus Starfield is born
Description:
Murveus Starfield
Born: March 5, 1232 AD
Species: Minotaur (Prefers Human Form)
Titles: The Verdant Architect, The Gentle Titan, Warden of the Rootways
Parents: Aurelios Starfield & Celeste Starforest
The Quiet Son of Sky and Grove
Murveus was born beneath a spring equinox sky, when frost still clung to soil but green shoots began to rise. Unlike warriors of flame or storm, his manifestation was silent.
The ground did not quake.
It exhaled.
When he first cried, stones warmed. Moss bloomed along the walls. The midwife later swore the floor beneath him formed a perfect spiral of packed earth.
He inherited two legacies:
From Aurelios Starfield — cosmic awareness, sacred geometry, celestial memory.
From Celeste Starforest — life-weaving, woodland communion, renewal.
But Murveus did not take to the sky.
He knelt to the soil.
True Form: The Minotaur
Murveus’ natural form is that of a towering minotaur — not monstrous, but monumental. His horns curve like crescent moons carved from polished oak. His strength rivals mountains.
Yet he rarely chooses this form.
Why?
Because he does not wish to frighten what he protects.
In human shape, he walks forests unnoticed. Children approach him. Animals rest beside him. Builders listen to him.
When he does take his full form, it is not for battle — it is for labor. To move mountains. To hold collapsing cliffs. To block avalanches with his own body.
Powers
Geokinesis
Murveus does not “command” earth. He converses with it. Stone shifts willingly. Roots part at his request.
House Building
Not ordinary construction. He can raise a home from soil and timber in a single day — walls grown from packed earth, beams bent from living trees without harming them.
Every structure he builds harmonizes with its environment.
Earth Imprisonment
When corruption rises, Murveus does not destroy it. He encases it. Stone coffins, root-bound chambers, crystal-sealed vaults beneath the mantle.
He believes even darkness should be contained, not annihilated.
Earth Purification
He can draw poison from soil, rot from forests, and even spiritual corruption from ground that has witnessed violence.
After he works, flowers grow where blood once fell.
World Beautification
This is not vanity.
It is restoration.
He believes beauty is a stabilizing force in reality. He reshapes barren land into terraces, rivers into flowing symphonies, cliffs into safe passageways.
Temperament
Murveus is contemplative. Slow to anger. Nearly impossible to provoke.
But if the earth itself is threatened…
The sky will hear him roar.
Unlike his father’s cosmic vastness or his mother’s ethereal grace, Murveus embodies endurance. He is patient as tectonic drift.
He does not chase prophecy.
He prepares foundations for those who will fulfill it.
Relationship to the Erewalker Line
If Judius is the golden root, Murveus is the fertile soil around it.
He is not as famous in prophecy — but many Erewalker sanctuaries stand on land Murveus quietly stabilized centuries before their founding.
Some believe the “child born where gold meets storm” in the Golden Oath could reference land shaped by Murveus’ hand — earth prepared long before the heir’s birth.
Symbol
A spiral carved into stone with a single blooming flower at its center.
Meaning:
Strength does not crush.
It cultivates.
