aug 26, 1789 - The Declaration of The Rights of Man

Description:

The Declaration of the Rights of Man has 17 articles, adopted between August 20 and August 26, 1789, by France’s National Assembly. The basic principle of the Declaration was that all “men are born and remain free and equal in rights”, this is article one. which were specified as the rights of liberty, private property, the inviolability of the person, and resistance to oppression. Along with 16 other articles giving people more rights and freedom.

I think that the Declaration of the Rights of man is a very important and impactful event/document. It fixed most of the issues why the French Revolution started. It gave man more rights and freedom, to make things fair and to help ensure that the Revolution is over.
