Description:

Dalton called me and told me that Dad had been hospitalized for a TIA and that he was going to need PT because he was shuffling his feet. We discussed how long he would need this and Dalton didn't know but I was under the impression that it was outpatient PT for a couple weeks. Dalton never told me anything that disputed that. I found out later that this is when he entered into the nursing home permanently.
