It's a short little cutoff with my new logo on it.
Gimp screwed it up and it looks weird, But i'll make it a little better looking on my channel.

Anyways i need some help with a few things.

i need the following:
1. A basic 2d animating program, layers and basic tools, like in GIMP.
2. A way to advertise myself properly to get more viewers

Any help on these would be appreciated.
