Description:

This treaty nullified tensions between Germany and the USSR and allowed German troops to train in the USSR. These troops exceeded the 100,000 soldier limit imposed by the Treaty of Versailles. This allowed for Germany to indulge in its Tradition of Militarism. This is one example of how Germany broke the Treaty of Versailles without consequence, allowing the offending faction during World War One (the far right) to become bolder again.
