Description:
The Vicar of Leek is still in receipt of the dues stipulated in 1288 and the six marks stipend, but the payment of £15 year to the chaplains of Cheddleton, Ipstones and Horton leave him with only fourteen marks. The stipends of the chaplains are made a charge upon the rectory.
An Inquisition is held at which there is no mention of the glebe lands.
