Description:
After World War II, tribe number started to increasing, taking more power and claim land from old treaties. Congress was getting mad so they made it where you had to pay for the land that was not claimed yet. Then made a law where it protected a selection of the tribes. Jurisdiction was turned over to the States. Sates like Califiona, New York, FLordia and Texas were pushing Indians out of the states. Some states wanted them gone but paid little attention to them.
