sep 4, 2025 - Big Army reform
Description:
The Ino-Exfodian War revealed that the Inostropian national army was relatively disorganized and in need of reform. Even during the conflict, Consul De Kokkies had already begun developing a prototype for a new military structure, introducing new ranks and the concept of dividing the army into separate units. On September 4th, two days after the war ended, InfinityZoom187 met again with De Kokkies, who by then had become a senator, as his consul term had ended. Together, they refined the system to improve clarity and formally implemented it. The restructured army adopted a clear hierarchy consisting of four ranks: Field Marshal, General, Soldier, and Recruit. The Field Marshal served as the supreme commander of the entire national army, Generals led individual units, Soldiers formed the standard fighting force, and Recruits represented new members still undergoing training.
