"To all members of staff: I know this has been a trying time for us all at this department. As you all may know, one of our colleagues, Daniel Sullivans, went missing on the night of the 5th. The police department has assured the administrative team that they have been trying their best to locate him. For now, we cannot do anything expect to keep up with maintenance of the CH/SS TV Channel. He was a very integral part of our team, and I know he would've wanted us to continue even in his absence. If any of you have any information or knowledge of his possible location or reason of absence , I would like to formally request for you to see me or any of the administrative staff. Thank you."
