The rules and system of the 5th Inostropian Republic were eventually summarized and formally documented. The new constitution was based on a revised version of the Fourth Republic’s constitution, which had become invalid upon the founding of the 5th Republic. The document was created through the cooperation of Prime Minister InfinityZoom187 and Consul De Kokkies, who worked to optimize and update the constitutional framework. After lengthy discussions, particularly regarding which settlements would be protected under it, ultimately decided to include the capital city and all villages, the constitution was officially adopted and made valid for the entire state.
