aug 1, 2025 - Inostropian borders get smoothed

Description:

With smoothed it is meant that they would been moved back to smooth coordinates in the north, south and east. This were moves by less than a chunk so for example the eastern border was back at x = 1700. They werent at this position before due to the ftb chunks mods in java. But simce due to the bedrock transfer it was gone it wasnt necessary anymore to have the borders at the chunk edges
