One plan that InfinityZoom187 realized after his Greater Empire speech was the unification of the colonies Kameria, Togia, Southwest Inostropia, and Southeast Inostropia. Within just a few hours, he merged all these territories into a single large colony called South Inostropia. The idea was that a great empire also needed large, highly urbanized colonies. However, it later became clear that South Inostropia would never truly flourish.
