Triggered for hypotension on arrival. Plan for full workup including infectious or metabolic causes, fluid resuscitation. With leukocytosis we will give broad-spectrum antibiotics. BPs improving with fluids. Bedside POCUS with good squeeze, no pericardial effusion, respirophasic variation to IVC not plethoric-will give more IVF."
