Description:

After a long period of effort, ImBrassIngot finally succeeded in rebuilding the settlement. He developed the Utopia village, secured the area, and established basic infrastructure and industry. Once the foundation was stable, he proceeded to restore its former status. As a result, Utopia was refounded as a province in the western part of Inostropia, marking its return to the Inostropian political map.
