- article 6 the legislative power will be collectively exercised by the king and the two chambers
- article 7 the first of these two Chambers will be compose of members nominated by the king from life; the second will be elective, on the basis of the census (adult males who were literate and paid taxes - 2% of population)
- article 11 (shows that there is censorship towards the laws
- article 12 individual liberty will be guaranteed (like the napoleonic code —> the rule of law)
Parliament:
- upper: appointed by the king
- lower: elected by man who are literate and pay taxes (2% of population)
