skilled laborers got less independence and also worked servicing machines in factories
also led higher wages and less working hours because of the rise in production Way more factories and workers by 1900

Skilled workers lost autonomy
Wages went up and hours went down :)
Lots of pay disparities
Unmarried young women made up ¼ of the workforce and only made ¼ of what men did
Jobs such as teaching etc. expanded, also made businesses out of homes

Really really hard for family to survive on just men’s wages, so kids and women had to work
Lots of injuries
Employers got almost all of the benefit/ money of industrialization
