The SA also wants to become the army and take over the army --> obvi this angered the army and made the conservatives and them support Hitler less as the SA and Röhm were close working together

- he calls for a nationalist revolution(not enough they took power but they need change the public opinion to be more nationalist) —> this makes the elites reluctant to support Hitler
- he is also homosexual which angers the conservatives Hitler wants support from

- Himmler (head of SS) is also resentful because he is jealous
