Description:
This was when it was proposed, although it was signed in January 1930
The plan was an additional to the Dawes plan, it was a follow up agreement with the same group
terms:
- reduction of reparations from 6.6 billion to 2 billion pounds
- payments extended from 42 to 59 years until 1988. they end up being cancelled in 1930
- annual payments kept at 50 million pounds (initial amount decided in dawns plan)
- as part of this agreement the allies agreed to end their occupation of Rhine land in 1930
