Description:

This is a very significant event leading up to WWII. Adolf Hitler and his Nazi Regime demanded to take control of the Sudetenland, a border region of Czechoslovakia with a lot of ethnic Germans. He eventually gained this through the Munich Agreement in 1938. However, afterwards, he wanted the rest of the country, and heavily pressured the president, threatening an invasion. Once the president gave in, Hitler marched troops into Prague, the Czech capitol. Then the rest of Bohemia and Moravia was annexed and taken under control by Germany.
