Fidel Castro, Raul Castro, Che Guerva, and 82 rebels landed in Oriente Province. The landing led to the death of almost all of the rebels, but the Castro brothers and Che Guerva escaped. This would lead to a Guerilla warfare campaign against Batista's forces.Added to timeline:
