dec 1, 1834 - No more Slavery in Britain
Description:
In 1834 Britain abolished slavery in its colonies, including South Africa. This angered the Boers, who relied on enslaved labor for farming. Many Boers moved north to establish their own republics, leading to tensions with the British that would later contribute to the Boer Wars.
This year it was completely banned. In every possible way
