At this date, the Nakarans escalated their actions beyond small expeditions and terrorist attacks by launching a full-scale raid into northern Inostropian territory. Although a formal declaration of war was only sent one day later, the attack itself effectively marked the beginning of open conflict. The Inostropian National Army responded immediately. Using long-range tactics from fortified and relatively safe positions, they systematically engaged the Nakarans, eliminating them one by one while gradually advancing their lines. This strategy proved successful, and the Nakarans were eventually pushed back behind the Inostropian borders.
