Description:

Usually shown in intimate lively poses. There was a lot of emphasis on the hair, hips, thighs, and waists, there was little emphasis on their hands and feet. There were double faced versions which were rare and showed duality. They were made of ceramic with pigments and were located in Tlatilco, Mexico. There were some male figures and they were sometimes buried with the dead, may have represented fertility.
