"It is sure. Nakarans, a barbarian tribe in the north doesn't like us Inostropians. And they show it. They show it by blowing up our buildings, by passing our border without any permission and by attacking players without any motif. At Wednesday, I met Gaufrid, the leader of the Nakarans and he attacked an inostropian soldier. We had to defend. He is dead now. But instead of retreating, the Nakarans now want revenge. A bit time ago, they set a bomb within the court and it detonated, caused severe damage. They want something. Something with what they can challenge us. And this is war. We need to be aware. This is an appeal to everyone! This war is coming, we cannot stop it. But we can defend! It's in your response! Defend your property! Defend your provinces! Defend your mates! If the Nakarans want action, they shall get it!"
