In the far east on the former border of Heilig a cult of werewolves and cannibals take control of the river valley. The demigod Hecate finds herself at the forefront of the cult after arriving in Pepperland. Both sides of the war quickly move to align this new faction with their interests with Zod himself having a meeting with Hecate at her seat of power. Despite all of these offers, Hecate and her following elect to remain neutral. Instead pursuing closer ties with Riverbend
