Description:

指的就是在虞舜时期，将黄帝以来（即父系社会建立以来）的原始刑法做了一次较为系统的修订，并在原来“象刑”的基础上，制定了劓、刵、椓、黥、大辟等几种刑罚，为以后的奴隶制五刑奠定了基础。此外，还以流刑作为五刑的“宥刑”，鞭刑作为官刑，扑作为教刑，金作为赎刑。
