Description:

Owxnitopia was a province without a gouverneur, without any leadership. A new one had to be hired after Vorhees3709 got assasinated. PhantomLunar69 came into question, but she denied. Also De Kokkies was a candidate, but he also denied to become owxnitopian gouverneur. The right person was then finally found in ImBrassIngot, the former gouverneur of utopia. InfinityZoom187 offered him, that he could get the province as utopia and rebuilt, what he lost in the 2nd world moving. He agreed, owxnitopia got renamed to utopia and he became its gouverneur. With this act, owxnitopia completly vanished from the inostropian world
