Description:

Owxnitopia was left without a governor and had no leadership following the assassination of Vorhees3709. A new governor had to be appointed to restore order. PhantomLunar69 was considered for the position but declined. De Kokkies was also a candidate, but he likewise refused the role. Eventually, a suitable replacement was found in ImBrassIngot, the former governor of Utopia. InfinityZoom187 offered him the opportunity to restore what he had lost during the second world migration by rebuilding his former province. ImBrassIngot accepted the offer. Owxnitopia was subsequently renamed back to Utopia, and he was appointed as its governor. With this decision, the name Owxnitopia disappeared completely from the Inostropian world.
