feb 1, 1625 - Three-Fifths Compromise - 1625
Description:
In the Constitutional convention, a 3/5th compromise was made for representation of the slaves. This made it so that African Americans were now 3/5th of a person in a vote. Even though this can be seen as a small change to full representation, it at least helped them a little bit in representation.
