nov 10, 1958 - Khrushev Sends his Ultimatum

Description:

His ultimatum in November of 1958 exaggerated the nuclear power of the USSR and put pressure on west Berlin. It requested that the allies whtidraw from WB, recognize the existence of the GDR, whilst giving it rights to control the border. Additionally, it wanted to sign a peace treaty.
