"By February 8th, 2190, in a Development Society funded project, terraformers were sent to Mars to plant agriculture and create a livable environment. These kaws who took up the terraformer job were paid Z31,000,000 Zollars, the Development Society ran currency. (Which is also worth a whopping $1,400,000,000 USD!) It was predicted by the president of the Development Society Department of Space Colonization (DSDSC) that the terraformation would be complete in the matter of 26 years. This was exciting for many members of the kaw species, but not all of them. Anilous, Development Society’s biggest competitor, the countries that it ran and the civilians that followed their philosophy were not having it. Anilous began funding a project to colonize Earth, which is now a recovering planet, ready for other species to take it over again. This colony was envisioned to be almost dystopian, in a way. The leader of Anilous wanted a planet for themselves. This is true villain shit, but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess. Little did they know, this would lead to a war that would last hundreds of years for the Kaw species, and eventually kickstart one of the most important members of their entire species’ motives. That’s a story for later on though."
