Description:

The 2nd world shift required a complete reorganization of the provinces. Mountainaria, Owxnitopia, Pigostopia, Irenum, Alpinenia, and Sirengrad were all relocated to new positions and adjusted in size within the new world. The province of Utopia was not transferred and therefore ceased to exist in the new world. Inostropia City was also significantly changed. It was moved to a new location, rotated by 90 degrees, and reduced in size. Furthermore, it lost its status as a province entirely. Instead, it was reclassified as a neutral district located slightly northeast of the Inostropian Kingdom. Following the 2nd world shift, provinces were granted greater autonomy, including the ability to form private armies and even engage in conflicts with one another within the nation.
