the titanic was said to be unsinkable, but on its maiden voyage it was hit by an iceberg which tore through the metal causing water to enter the hull and it sunk to the bottom of the ocean and wasn`t found till 73 years later in 1985. one mistake was that the engineers only had it hold 20 lifeboats meaning when it sunk not everyone was able to get on a lifeboats.Added to timeline:
