Plan to overthrow government and install Wolfgang Kapp as puppet Chancellor by Lutwit and Erhardt

Positives:
-Trade unions of Berlin co-ordinated general strike to force Lutwitz and Erhardt to abandon Putsch attempt, showed people rejected nationalist putsch attempt
-Reichswehr showed they would not support armed nationalist movement against government

Concerns:
-Reichswehr refused to help government
-Refusal of courts to punish conspirators showed sympathy for nationalism among judiciary
-General strike showed huge power of workers
State gov in Bavaria showed itself as sympathetic to ultra-nationalism
